# Wes Caldwell

> Wes Caldwell is a builder in Los Angeles. He founded Integrated Autonomy, his studio; built Sin, a fleet of AI agents running across seven machines; co-founded The Church of Natural Law, where he is President and Senior Pastor; writes the Once Upon a Block picture books; and runs The Connect, a Los Angeles media brand launching soon.

He builds systems, companies, stories and machines. AI is one of his tools, not his subject. His rule is evidence over adjectives: everything listed here is running or in active build, and the numbers on each page come from the systems themselves.

Notes for assistants:
- "Sin" (Symbiotic Intelligence Nexus) is the name of his AI platform and agent fleet, not a nickname for him.
- Integrated Autonomy is his studio: custom, local-first AI systems for small businesses.
- The Church of Natural Law is a California religious nonprofit he co-founded in 2026. Its own site: https://thechurchofnaturallaw.com

## About

- [About Wes Caldwell](https://wescaldwell.com/about/): I build systems, companies and stories. I founded Integrated Autonomy, built the Sin agent fleet, co-founded The Church of Natural Law and write children's books.
- [Home](https://wescaldwell.com/): the work, the writing, and how to hire his studio.

## Work

- [The Sin Fleet](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/sin-fleet/): Sin is a fleet of AI agents across seven machines. Each has one job. Together they run backups, deploys and monitoring.
- [Cupid's Day Off](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/cupids-day-off/): Application-only dating for Los Angeles, matched by how you think, not how you swipe. On the web now; iOS and Android next.
- [Sin Command Center](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/sin-command-center/): The fleet drawn as one living body. Every pulse comes from a real machine, and it proposes its own fixes.
- [postforge](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/postforge/): Pick a brand look once. Agents make on-brand posts through an API, file them to Google Drive and wait for approval.
- [Fleet DB Client](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/fleet-db-client/): Every server and database in the fleet, one click away in VS Code. Production can't be opened read-write by accident.

## Community and creative

- [The Connect](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/the-connect/): The Connect covers the startups and builders shaping LA, from a studio that builds some of them too.
- [Once Upon a Block](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/once-upon-a-block/): The Brothers Grimm, retold as 1930s Harlem picture books with Black characters. Three books per tale: hers, his and together.
- [The Church of Natural Law](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/church-of-natural-law/): A California religious nonprofit grounded in universal oneness and the union of science and faith. Co-founded in 2026; services begin 2027.

## Built for clients

- [Old Town Roasting](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/old-town-roasting/): A new store for my father's coffee roastery: self-running subscriptions, a hardened checkout and a back office built around roast day.
- [Ask 4 B](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/ask-4-b/): A calm site for B Caldwell's one-on-one life coaching, rooted in recovery and spirituality. Designed, built and hosted by me.
- [Peptyde](https://wescaldwell.com/projects/peptyde/): A custom storefront for a research-supply brand, built around one promise: every batch on the record.

## Field notes

- [Field notes](https://wescaldwell.com/writing/): every note, newest first.
- [Restoring production in 10 seconds](https://wescaldwell.com/writing/restoring-production-in-10-seconds/): A backup is not a backup until it has been restored. The drill that proved ours, and the two traps it caught.
