Privacy policy

wescaldwell.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, has no forms, and loads no third-party resources: the fonts and images are served from this domain. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and troubleshooting, and they are not shared or sold.

I run a private set of tools and AI agents (Sin) that use Google's APIs to manage files in Google Drive accounts that belong to me. When one of those accounts grants access through Google's consent screen, the tools can read, create, edit and organize files in that account's Drive.

• The tools are used only by me, on accounts I own. They are not offered to the public.
• Data from Google APIs is used only to do the work in those accounts: organizing files, writing reports and updating sheets. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.
• It is not shared with anyone else except where needed to run the tools or where the law requires it.
• Access tokens are stored only on machines I own, in files readable only by the account that runs the tools.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it stops all further access, and data the tools stored about that account is deleted on request.
