How I think

A backup is a rumor until restored.

Every drill restores a snapshot on another machine and hashes it against production. An exit code proves nothing.

Own the system. Don’t rent it.

Models, data and memory belong to the people who depend on them, not to a vendor’s roadmap.

Production is read-only until proven.

Agents may inspect the live server freely. A single write needs my yes, that day.
