The problem
LA has more founders building than places covering them.
What I built
A site, an Instagram and a weekly newsletter about those builders. It is openly owned by my studio: about 40% of what it covers is my own work, and every one of those pieces says so.
Agents scout founders and draft features. Every item waits in a queue until I approve it. No invented quotes, no testimonials, no unconfirmed numbers.
Where it goes
It launches when eight founders are confirmed and six posts are ready. Not before.
